RESERVATION AND SEATING POLICIES

Restaurant 195 is a reservation-driven restaurant. We take pride in offering you a private, exclusive, and comfortable dining experience at our restaurant. As we are committed to providing our customers and guests an exclusive dining experience, we do not accept any walk-in guests and we only accept advance reservations for dining at our restaurant.

Reservations are accepted by phone call(s) and through our website at www.restaurant195.com. Please clearly state your name, contact number, number of guests and the date and the time of dining when you make your reservation. All reservations require at least two (2) days booking in advance. We require a reservation fee of RM300.00 (Ringgit Malaysia of Three Hundred only) (“Reservation Fee”) at the time of booking for all reservations. Please let us know any dietary restrictions and food allergies at the time of booking for your reservation. Once we receive your reservation order, we will check our seating availability and confirm and/or follow-up with your reservation via phone call(s), short message service, messaging application and/or e-mails.

If you are expecting to be late for your reservation, we urge you to contact us immediately so that we can do our best to try to accommodate your estimated arrival time. However, we do not accept any late arrival of more than fifteen (15) minutes of your reservation, such late arrival will be deemed as “No show” and hence your Reservation Fee will be forfeited automatically.

Any request for reschedule of reservation made is subject to our product and seating availability. Any request for reschedule and/or cancellation of reservation made within forty-eight (48) hours prior to the reservation date will not be entertained and such case(s) will be deemed as "No show" and your Reservation Fee will be forfeited automatically.
