REFUND / RETURN POLICY

(CALL IN CUSTOMER/ONLINE DELIVERY ORDER ONLY)

This Refund/Return Policy applies to both dine-in reservation and delivery order. Save and except for the exception(s) provided in this Refund/Return Policy (“Policy”), we do not accept any request for cancellation, refund and/or return of food/item once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant. For the purposes of this Policy, the word “food” and “item” are used interchangeably. Food Order Errors

If you receive any food that is different from your order, please do not consume the food and inform us immediately, we will check if there is any error in your order and offer you with the replacement of correct food/item with no extra charges if such error is caused by our mistake.

In the event that such error is not caused by our mistake, no request for refund/return will be entertained. However, you have the option to order a new item(s) and the new item(s) will be charged accordingly.


Food Order Incomplete

In the event that you do not receive all the food(s)/item(s) that you pay for, please call us immediately and we will do our best to make it up for you. You have the option to cancel the missed food(s)/item(s) before we prepare it, and we will refund the amount of the relevant missed food(s)/item(s) to you.

Please note: we will provide complimentary courtesy items such as disposable silverware, chopsticks, etc. for all delivery orders. If we mistakenly omit any complimentary courtesy item, please let us know and we will address/solve the issue in due course. However, we do not provide any discounts, refunds or cancellations due to any reason arising from such complimentary courtesy items.


Food Dissatisfaction


Our food is always prepared with only the finest and freshest ingredients. While we take great care and pride in all our dishes, the taste of food is subjective and thus requests for refunds and/or replacements will not be entertained if you dislike or are dissatisfied with the taste.

Please take note that the presentation of food may differ after being packaged for delivery orders.

 

Cancel Order

Sorry, we cannot cancel or refund if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared.


Cancellation by Delivery Partner

It is possible that your delivery partner might cancel the delivery if they are unable to find you or reach you. When the delivery partner is close to or arrive at your requested delivery address, they may contact you, so it is advisable to check your phone when you are expecting the food to arrive. If a delivery partner is unable to reach you despite the delivery partner has made a reasonable effort to contact you, your delivery order might be cancelled, and you may not be eligible for a refund.
