Delivery Policy
Please read our Delivery Policy carefully before you place any online delivery order via the website at www.restaurant195.com. Please note that all delivery orders are subject to our delivery capacity and product availability.
1. Procedure of Online Delivery Order
Please note that all delivery orders require at least two (2) days booking or ordering in advance. Not all foods and products stated on the website are available for delivery order. You may look for those foods and products that are labelled with “Add to Takeaway” and “Buy It Now” if you are looking for the foods and products that are available for delivery order. Once we receive your order, we will check our delivery capacity and confirm and/or follow-up with your order via phone call(s), short message service, messaging application and/or e-mails.
2. Mode of Delivery
We shall have the sole discretion to decide the delivery manner of your order. We may use independent third-party delivery partner, such as GrabExpress to provide the delivery service of your order. Please note that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damaged product(s) or food(s) which is caused by such third-party delivery partner.
Alternatively, you have the option to pick-up your order at our Restaurant 195 from Monday to Sunday, seven (7) days a week from 11.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. Should you prefer to pick-up your own order, you may contact us to arrange accordingly.
3. Operating Hours of Delivery Order
The delivery will be available from Monday to Sunday, seven (7) days a week from 11.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. However, during the Movement Control Order period, we are required to abide by the state restrictions on the operating hours for delivery services that may be imposed by the state from time to time.
You may inform us your desired delivery time and we shall do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that the estimated delivery time is by approximation only and it may vary, and we shall not be responsible for any late delivery which is beyond our reasonable control.
4. Where is Delivery Order Available
Our delivery order is currently available within 10 kilometres from the restaurant’s address - 195 Jalan Ampang, 55000 Kuala Lumpur. Please note when you place your delivery order, you must provide correct, complete, up-to-date and accurate address and contact information in order for us to deliver your order. We shall not be responsible or bear any costs if the address/contact information given is incorrect or inaccurate or incomplete.
5. Delivery Fee
There is no requirement for minimum order for any delivery order. However, all delivery orders are subject to a delivery fee, which ranges from RM10.00 to RM15.00 per order.
